Shipping bill(s) for the export shipment
Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC) confirming payment received
Commercial invoice and packing list
Certificate of Origin, where required by the buyer/destination country
Expense proofs (invoices, banking-channel payment records) for MDA-style reimbursement claims
