What This Site Is

MSMEUP.com is a private, independent information portal. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Government, the Government of India, or any government department or portal. We compile publicly available scheme information to make it easier to understand — we don't administer any scheme, and we don't decide anyone's eligibility or claim.

Not Professional or Legal Advice

Everything on this site — scheme guides, calculators, the DPR Generator, the Scheme Finder — is general information, not professional, financial, or legal advice specific to your situation. Subsidy rates, eligibility conditions, and application processes change with new Government Orders; always verify current terms on the relevant official portal (msme.up.gov.in, diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in, udyamregistration.gov.in, and similar) before applying for, or relying on, any scheme.

Our Free Tools Are Provided As-Is

The Scheme Finder gives a ranked suggestion based on the answers you provide — it is not a determination of eligibility. The DPR Generator produces a starter Detailed Project Report structure with placeholder figures where noted — it is a drafting aid, not a certified, bank-ready, or audited document. Review and adapt anything either tool produces before submitting it anywhere.

No Government Fee

No government fee is charged for any information, guide, or tool on this portal. If any scheme genuinely requires an official fee, that fee is paid directly to the government through the official portal — never to us.

ClaimDesk Is a Separate Service

Where pages mention ClaimDesk (a NorthStar Advisors brand) or a "Chat on WhatsApp" button, that is a separate, private, paid consultancy — not a feature of this portal, and not required to use anything on this site. MSMEUP.com's guides and tools work exactly the same whether or not you ever contact ClaimDesk. Any engagement with ClaimDesk, including its fees and the service it provides, is a matter between you and ClaimDesk directly; these Terms don't govern that relationship.

Accuracy of Information

We make a genuine effort to keep guides accurate and current, and note a "last reviewed" date on most pages. Even so, given how often scheme rules change, we can't guarantee that every figure is up to date at the moment you read it. Nothing on this site should be treated as the final word — the official government portal always is.

Intellectual Property

The original write-ups, guide structure, and tools on this site are ours to publish freely for anyone to read and use for their own application. Please don't scrape, republish, or resell this content wholesale as your own without permission — a link back is always welcome instead.

Limitation of Liability

This site is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind.
