How the Calculation Works
Margin money = 25% of your sanctioned loan (30% if you're SC/ST), capped at âš6.25 lakh for industry or âš2.50 lakh for service. Your sanctioned loan itself is capped at âš25 lakh (industry) or âš10 lakh (service) â whichever is lower between your requested amount and these ceilings.
Remember this is an estimate for planning purposes â your actual sanctioned loan amount depends on the bank's appraisal of your project, not just the scheme's ceiling.
