MYSY Application Rejection: Common Reasons & Solutions
Most Common Rejection Reasons
- Weak or incomplete DPR — the single most common reason; see our DPR guide.
- Domicile or age proof mismatch — inconsistencies between your documents and application entries.
- Being a defaulter — with any bank, financial institution, or government body.
- Not meeting the age or education floor — outside 18–40, or below High School pass.
- Currently employed in government or private service — this disqualifies you at eligibility screening.
What You Can Do
Most rejections fall into two buckets: eligibility issues (which usually can't be fixed for that application, but may be worth reapplying once resolved) and DPR/documentation issues (which usually can be fixed by rebuilding the report or correcting the paperwork before reapplying). If you're not sure which bucket your rejection falls into, share the reason given and we'll tell you honestly whether it's fixable.

ClaimDesk (a NorthStar Advisors brand) handles the paperwork end-to-end. The first conversation is completely free.
MSMEUP.com is independent information & tools — free, and not run by any consultancy. ClaimDesk is a separate, private consultancy (a NorthStar Advisors brand) for those who want professional filing help; its fee is for that service, not a government charge, and using it is entirely optional — MSMEUP's guides and tools work the same with or without it.
