CM-YUVA DPR Guide: How to Write Your Project Report
What Goes Into a CM-YUVA Project Report
Unlike large infrastructure schemes, CM-YUVA does not need an elaborate consultant-drafted DPR โ a clear, honest project report covering the basics is enough.
- Business idea: what you will make/sell/service, and to whom.
- Cost breakup: machinery/equipment, deposit or rent, raw material, working capital (see project cost).
- Revenue estimate: a realistic monthly/annual sales and profit projection.
- Your background: relevant skill, training certificate, or prior experience.
- Repayment plan: how the EMI will be covered from business income.
Do I need to hire a consultant to write the DPR?
Not necessarily for a small Phase 1 loan โ a clear, honest self-written report is usually enough; a consultant (like ClaimDesk) can help for a larger Phase 2 proposal or if you're unsure.

MSMEUP.com is independent information & tools โ free, and not run by any consultancy. ClaimDesk is a separate, private consultancy (a NorthStar Advisors brand) for those who want professional filing help; its fee is for that service, not a government charge, and using it is entirely optional โ MSMEUP's guides and tools work the same with or without it.
