What Is the Policy?
The UP Export Promotion Policy, 2025–30 (First Amendment) supersedes the UP Export Promotion Policy 2020–25. It was approved by Cabinet alongside the Electronics Component Manufacturing Policy 2025, and runs under the MSME & Export Promotion Department, administered by the Export Promotion Bureau.

The Export Promotion Bureau, with district-level facilitation through DIEPC and the District Export Promotion Committee (DEPC) — chaired by the District Magistrate, which prepares and monitors the District Export Action Plan, the main district-level instrument for export facilitation.
